SimpleGo Digital Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which SimpleGo Digital ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for its professional services, including website development, e-commerce integration, and SEO. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Principle

Our services are delivered as project-based, time-intensive professional labor. Therefore, **we do not offer refunds for work that has been completed or for time already spent on a project** as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Refund eligibility depends on the project's stage at the time of cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility by Project Stage

A. Initial Deposit / Advance Payment

Cancellation Before Work Commences (Up to 72 hours): If a client cancels a project within 72 hours of paying the initial deposit and before any discovery, design, or development work has begun, a full refund may be issued, **minus a 5% administrative and processing fee** (to cover payment gateway charges and initial documentation).

Cancellation After Work Commences: Once the initial project planning, consulting, design mockups, or development has started, the initial deposit or advance payment is **strictly non-refundable**. This amount covers the immediate administrative overhead, resource allocation, and initial consultation time.

B. Payments for Completed Milestones

Payments made for completed and client-approved project milestones are **non-refundable**. If the client terminates the project mid-milestone, any unused portion of the advance payment for that specific milestone may be credited toward future services, subject to our discretion, but no monetary refund will be issued.

**Razorpay is our exclusive payment gateway.**

Upon approval of a refund request by SimpleGo Digital, we will initiate the refund through the Razorpay platform within **7 business days**.

The time taken for the refunded amount to be credited back to the customer's original payment source (credit card, debit card, bank account) is dependent on Razorpay and the customer's bank. This process typically takes **5 to 10 additional business days** after the initiation date.

4. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, and the courts of **West Bengal** shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this policy.
